Important info for cruise ship passengers

Cruise ship passengers please know that my tour is not affiliated with cruise ships and is not coordinated with cruise ship schedules in any way. My tour is a public tour that sells out daily to folks visiting Portland that are not on ships. I do not pick up or drop off at the cruise ship terminal. The tour starting point is about a 15-20 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal. There are no refunds or reschedules within 24 hours of your tour time. If your ship makes any last-minute changes due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, and you do not provide the required 24 hours notice, you will not be refunded or rescheduled. Also, keep in mind that if your previous port is Canada, you will have to go through Customs processing in Portland, which can take a very long time, sometimes a couple hours or more. My tour leaves promptly at its scheduled tour times.
